As for video tutorials, I'll be frank and say that this wasn't really the aim of the book. There are plenty of video tutorials already available on the web for Blender -- this book was for people who prefer a printed, solid object on their desk while they work. Of course, nothing's stopping anyone from reading from the book and recording the tutorials with wink or something, then posting them on the web. Sounds like a great community project to me!
