It'll add a new method to the Armature section of Python. It also adds a new function to editnla.c in /src. You can access the new functionality as such:

Armature.AddNLA(armaturename, actionname, startframe, endframe, repeat)

armaturename and actionname are strings of 30 characters or less. startframe, endframe and repeat are integers. Providing bad armature or action names results in no activity. Bad start and endframe and repeat values are automatically adjusted, but I that's it. I haven't done any heavy testing, so really weird input data might cause something strange to happen.

Just so you know, this is probably not the final form of the module, so don't go coding War and Peace on top of it, if you know what I mean.
